We Kiwi's take our coffee very seriously, and Hummingbird are a fine example of the excellent coffee roasters NZ produces. And their coffee is 100% Fair Trade and organic to boot. We developed their original website but after a beautiful rebrand and new online goals it was time for a website revamp with the goal of increasing sales.

We improved the content structure to better direct consumers down the sales funnel, including prominent CTA's.
Simplified User Experience
We redesigned the product page to provide a simple and easy user experience with no barriers to purchasing. Making sure that the experience of buying coffee is positive, easy and seamless. We simplified the check process by removing unnecessary steps, focusing in on what matters (the coffee) and guiding the customer through the process from start to finish.
It was also important to better craft the shopping experience for mobile, which now accounts for nearly 30% of all online purchases in New Zealand
SAP integrated for optimal workflows
We integrated the website with SAP so customer and order data is pushed into SAP automatically. This removes time consuming and often error prone manual steps wherever possible and free's up resources.
We integrated Hummingbird's instagram feed on the homepage to provide fresh content, build trust and engagement.
